Filling a Oval in a Excel Cell with Color

I am trying to fill an Excel Oval4 in a cell, fetching the data from another cell that is a percentage of 95% to 100 %, 70% to 94% and Less than 70% . I want to Fill the Cell Oval4 with a particular color say "Yellow, Green, Red". In looking at the Oval within the Cell, I can assign a macro to this shape. Can anyone help in this macro.
