How do i open a excel sheet in VBA. This excel sheet should open in any of the following controls, on a form, Frame, or any other control so the user sould edit and save the required data to a table. I would appreciate your ideas.

What are you trying to accomplish with this? It may be difficult to open Excell and have a user to whatever to a spreadsheet and then move that something into a table.
