Default Displaying last 8 characters in a cell

I want to display only the last 8 characters of a cell. is there a way to this? and how can i duplicate it for an entire row?

Thanks in advance!

Try the following formula

=RIGHT(A1,8)

The above will display last 8 characters of a A1. You can drag the same for the entire column
