Mouse wheel control with combo box

Does anyone know how to make the mouse wheel control the scrolling on the form combo box?

I am using the standard ms excel form objects and combo object and my windows mouse wheel setting is active and works with all of my other applications.

For some reason, the user cannot scroll the combo box with the mouse wheel.
