msinet.ocx and Vista

Excel 2007 VBA pp 534-536 describes how you can interface Excel to a website using msinet.ocx.

Unfortunately msinet.ocx doesn't appear to come with Vista so the code on pp 535-536 doesn't work with Vista.

I am wanting to POST data from Excel to a PHP page.

Any suggestions on the best way for Vista users to use Excel as a web client?
