Default Excel VBA access FoxPro DBF file

Hi,

I need help in accessing simple FoxPro DBF files from Excel VBA. I need to know how to use ADO or whatever method in Excel to open the database and read records one at a time sequentially. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
