Default simple macro to get info from previous Worksheet

Lets say on Sheet 3 in cell A1 is a value of "John"
if you copy that sheet as sheet 4, and you want B2 in Sht 4 to equal A1 in Sheet 3, how would you do that?
But can it be done using relative references and not directly calling the specific sheet names, since they may differ?

thanks everyone!
