Default FileList and DriveList Boxes in VBA

Can anyone tell me if these controls exist ready made for VBA?

There are several methods available. To start, if you are looking to assign a file name to a variable look at the GetOpenFilename method. I think this will probably give you what you are looking for. Some of the other available methods are GetAbsolutePath, GetBaseName, GetDrive, GetDriveName, GetFile, GetFileName, GetFolder, GetParentFolderName, GetSpecialFolder, GetTempName.
