Default Linking dropdown boxes and charts using forumlas

Hi

Does anyone know how to create a graph which is linked to a drop down box In Excel 2010?

I am trying to create a really complicated workbook (which proabbly doesn't need to be that complicated but oh well) which has 3 data sheets and one graph sheet. On the graph there are 9 charts and 2 drop down boxes.

One of the drop down list needs to state which data sheet to look for the data and then the other drop down box needs to state which column to look for the data in.

Each data sheet is split into 2 sections current and previous and then the each sections are split into 9 sets. The charts on the graph page are linked to the 9 sets on each data sheet.

The charts have 2 variables one for current and one for previous.

However i need to llink the dropdown boxes to the charts so that if the dropdown box variables are changed it will show the correct data in the data sheets.

For example, if the sheet dropdown box is changed then the charts will refresh with data from the correct sheet and hsowing the data for the column which is shown in the column drop down box.

The annoying fact is i cant use VBA(not sure if this is right forum to come on but i am desperate), does anyone know how to do this using forumlas instead of VBA?

Thanks

Jeskit
