Default using VB to sort and export data

I am new to using VB in excell Or in general ... and I have been tasked with a project to sort and export sorted data to create separate spread sheets using data from a large spread sheet

the sheet Columbs are
OTB Month 1
OTB Month 2
OTB Month 3
OTB Month 4
OTB Month 5
OTB Month 6
Color (BIM)
Combined Color
Season introduced

I need to sort the data by vendor article and color add up the totals for the OTB field by color .... Can any body help with this ... PLEASE

There are many ways to pick-up VBA; a book, VBA language reference etc. You can chose what you like.

VBA has the option of recording a macro. You can start recording a macro and do the necessary changes in the workbook and Excel will write the code for you in VBE. This is one easy way to learn
