Default help in how to copy macro in new added sheet

iam using it with new module to add new sheet with speicfic name
its ok but the vba code not run on the new added sheet so the table doesnot change
i have problem here
can u help me ?
there are a description in the workbook i attached

and the file and the description and comments exists in this workbook on this link
