Default Copy a unique and sorted list of names

I am an absolute newbie to vba although I have been interested for ages. I'm now getting serious about it. I'm trying to copy values from a column in one worksheet to a column on another worksheet in the same workbook. I need to filter the unique values and sort them alphabetically. There is a header in both worksheets. I've had a go but I need help to get this right. Appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Regards
JR
