I have not been able to find any Flash files where Flash is used to write a test with radio buttons (A, B, C, D answer choices) and that totals correct and incorrect answers and percent correct at the end.

If anyone has a link to such a Flash .fla I would appreciate it...

Which version of Flash are you using? If you're using Flash MX 2004, it includes a quiz template that you can modify to suit your needs in the Templates section.
