Hey there,
This is pretty easy to do. First off, make sure you have imported the sound you want to use(Make sure it's a WAV file). From there, you will need to drag that sound to the stage area. In the Propety Inspector, you will see a drop-down box appear with the Sound label beside it(Make sure you have the fram that the sound was applied to selected.
When you have the sound selected, you will need to set the first box in the Sync field to to Start. In the adjacent box, make sure to select Loop.
The reason I said to make sure that your sound is in WAV format is because MP3 aren't suitable for looping like WAV's are.
