Hi, I am new to flash and am trying to create an effect and am not sure if it is possible and if so how to do it....I have a row of pictures that looks as if it were a film strip and I want that film strip to look like its moving - so at first yo will see 4 pictures of the strip and then it loop through ten more looking like the film strip is moving...I am not sure if I am being clear here is a link to a static image of the film strip...maybe that will help.

I believe Flash Kit may have these kinds of effects. You just have to look really hard in the Movies section as a lot of new movies are being added frequently.
