Hello,

I have an xml file like this.

<customer label="Enter text">
<opportunity description="dshdfh" cust_contact="sdfhdfsh" comments="dsfj"/>
<opportunity description="Enter text" cust_contact="Enter text" comments="Enter text"/>
</customer>
<customer label="Enter text">
<opportunity description="dshdfh" cust_contact="sdfhdfsh" comments="dsfj"/>
<opportunity description="Enter text" cust_contact="Enter text" comments="Enter text"/>
</customer>
</something>

From the above xml I need to populate the Customer labels into the list box and the opportunity attributes to the data grid component. When i select a particular customer name in the listbox i need to populate the corresponding childnode attributes to the datagrid.

don't want to use the xml connector component at all.

Please help me in this with the detailed code.

I think it would be easier for you to use the XML connector component that MX 2004 Professional provides.
