Default how to create a stub with actionscript and flash

I want to have a fla (swf) that has a menu on it. Then based on what you select on the menu you navigate to a different screen. The screen appears under the menu. Shooting for a swf within a swf controlled by the menu. Anyone have an idea of how to do this or know of a fla example of it? Eventually I want to create multiple screens that interact with a database. Like a user login sub screen, a user info update screen, a search screen, etc. But each of theses different screens are sub screens(swf) within the main screen(swf). They all use the same Menu which is on the main screen(swf).

Any examples or suggestions out there???

Thanks in advance,
Rob
