flex datagrid problem when using amfphp protocol

hello friends,
i faced problem in displaying array data in Datagrid (FLEX) which data are fetch by using amfphp protocol from MySql.

amfphp service php function is working perfectly. but how to handle those data in flex that create problem.
Please help me friends.
