Default Flash Movie Does Not Rewind Automatically

Hi all,

I'm having a little problem here. I just finished a Flash movie called "The Terragen Collection". It's basically just a photo album showing off all of my Terragen works.

Anyways, I was able to import an MP3 file into the movie and have it play at the beginning of the 2nd scene. The problem came after I published the movie to my desktop. I played the movie and I noticed at the end of it that the movie would not rewind automatically.

I may be wrong about this but I think the way to work around this issue would be to add a message informing the user that the movie is done and give them the option of playing the movie again. Of course, I would like to add more photos before I do this.

Is what I described above a viable solution?

How is your Flash Movie layed out, for example is the MP3 on one layer and your images on another? Is the MP3 still playing after your images have stopped.

Mike,

Sorry for not making myself clear. Actually I have more than one layer due to the fact that I based the photo album on a Photo Slideshow template that is provided with Flash MX 2004. I do have the MP3 file on a separate layer.

Also, I just wanted to give you an update on the situation. I tried my solution out and it did work.
