import video with audio

I am trying to import some video into Flash I have both a .mov and quicktime file. I am getting an warning stating that the audio is in the wrong format and cannot be imported, can anybody tell me what format the audio should be in prior to importing.

Mike,

I think maybe the audio needs to be in either MP3 or WAV format
