I've made a form in flash and I take its information via an asp page. Then this page send the information of the form to my email. Everything is fine except that when the user use some kind of accentuation into the words I didn't get the correct characters in my email message. How can I fix this?

I'm not totally sure about this so bare with me. When you send your form are you using POST or GET method, it sounds like it might be changing your characters in the http header, if you are using the GET method. I there anyway to do a response.write on your ASP page to see where it is happening at? I'm not totally sure about this though.

I have a form in flash. When the user fill in in English, no problems but when he uses another language (with any kind of accents) I get strangers characters in the message I receive via email. In the html form this doesn't happen. So is such a flash problem. May be a simple detail but until now I didn't figure out what's happening...

I have little knowledgable about servers and the way they translate different language characters. To me I would try and track down where the characters are being changed and go from there. Maybe putting a Trace on the flash form, if it's okay there move onto the IIS server. I'm stretching here, but maybe see if the font in your email application reads those characters. Thats about all I can suggest, sorry. You might also be able to find some info on this at flashkit.com.

I'm looking for yet... I have the same form in html and there everything works fine. Maybe I have to work in my ASP page. Seems to be an interpretation issue.
