Browsing pictures during runtime flash movie !!!

dear all

i want to browse for a picture while my flash movie is running . . . and i have tried and think alot about the matter. . . but i couldnt find a way to browse a picture and attach it any where in my movie . . . . .

Any kind of help will be appreciated . . . . .
