Default "Where do I post this?"

Just a wild idea, may be wasting your time.

How about a "Where do I post this?" forum?

Some problems... just something to think about. I see a lot of people cross-posting because they "didn't know where to post". I understand that most people can probably find their way to where they need to be, but sometimes there's a lot of cross-posts flying around... perhaps this will filter the cross posts out of the site a little...

Just something to think about, maybe you guys can make something out of it,
