Is there anyway to get my email address i accidentally placed in some code on a post removed? The post was indexed by g0ogle and that address has been under a virus attach.

What you could do is edit the post that you put your e-mail address in and remove the e-mail address completely. The only problem I see with this is that you'd actually have to remember what you posted.

But how long would it take for this to be updated by Google? I updated my site and Google still displayed an index of my old one for a while. Interesting. Perhaps Google has something on this.

Keep in mind- that doesn't mean google will remove it.

ANd since your likely to be "on the list" already... you won't ever get off them.
