I get trouble to delete these letters day and day.

You can try to "Unsubscribe" to the topic. Also, you don't need to post your email address in a forum. Once googlebot gets it...

Yes, you can help yourself ;)

Look at the 3rd post in this thread. It tells you to click My Subscriptions on the left, and then unsubscribe from the forums or threads you want.

Hello I need help unsubscribing. I joined last few months ago thinking I can get help installing Linux. There was nothing in the Wrox book about preparing hdd and formating ext3 prior to the installation. For this reason I could never get past Druid, both automatic and manual. But no one responded to my calls for help.

In the end I used the Dummies book to help me install successfully.

I just want someone to help me unsubscribe from this site.

To unsubscribe from e-mail, please read the third post in this thread like Imar said.

To cancel your membership, I think you should notify an administrator.
