Default Suggesting a new Forum

Hi i would like to ask if i can suggest creating a new forum concerning the Open source "Content management systems" (CMS) as Typo3, WebGui, Mambo, Plone, where we could as professional programers or wensite administrators share knowledge and ideas abiut those products.
