Default Post Preview Window Placement

Whenever I reply to a post and click on the "Preview" button, the preview window is always slightly off-screen to the right. Is that a function of Microsoft Internet Explorer settings, Windows settings, or something you can control and correct from your end?

My screen resolution is set to the office default of 800 x 600.

The forums do not control the placement of the preview window - that is left to your browser.
