Googling the article title I found that author Mathew MacDonald has published this second article. I've found links to it a few places like:

But I haven't gone through all the results to see if I can find the article itself. It looks like C#Today was where this originated. So, you might check with APress (who now owns C#Today) to see if the article is there.
