Different Wrox rankings

Hello everyone!
This question is primarly towards a wrox member.
What are the different rankings on this site?
What does Friend of Wrox mean?
And what's the difference between Wrox author and Wrox staff? Isn't a wrox author part of the staff?
Finally, is there any way to move up your position (I know that someone who doesn't work for Wrox couldn't become a wrox staff, but this quesiton is only if there are other rankings for non-Wrox people)

Members automatically move up through the ranks based on how long you've been a member and how many posts you've made.
Registered members are the newest with fewest posts.
Authorized members have been members longer and hit a minimum post level to move up.
Friends of Wrox is just a fun name I made up for people who are long time members with a lot of posts.
Authors actually write books, they aren't staff. Staff includes me, other editors, marketers, our web team etc.
