Default JQUERY on Go Daddy

It seems that Go Daddy has some issue with JQuery as it will stop the scripts from running with certain versions of IE explorer. I discovered this unsetteling fact after I did a great deal of research on the internet of other people have similar issues with GODADDY. Does anyone have a good recommendation that for webhosting that will not have the compatability issues that GO DADDY seems to having with AJAX and JQuery.
