Default Paid for PDF ebook, but getting only ACSM (Adobe Digital Editions)

Hello,

I just bough the ebook Professional SharePoint 2013 Development.
The wrox site clearly states that the ebooks are in PDF format.

When I go to the download page, only ACSM (Adobe Digital Editions) files are available.

I really don't want to deal with Adobe Digital Editions at all. If I knew that I need ADE, I would not buy the ebook.

How do I get the PDF format or get refund?

Thank you,

The ACSM file indicates there's some kind of a download error or server error. What you are really supposed to be getting is a zip file with 3 DRM-free formats (PDF, ePub, Kindle). If you haven't already done so, please contact support at:
https://hub.wiley.com/community/support/wrox
and they'll get the error resolved and get you the file.
BTW, support is staffed even on weekends while the forums are a little more "help each other" and "help when you can."
