Default owc 10 backward compatibility

hi friends

iam working with asp.net. i created chart using owc10.i tried to access the chart from other machine (ie)client machine having owc9,but nothing is displayed in client's machine. but client machine having owc10 displays the chart. i searched for this and was asked to create an [u].lpk file</u>. even i tried that but the no results.
can anyone help me to solve this
