Where to host for dedicated, 4 box needs

2 webservers, 2 sql boxes...

We host about 20 sites for clients and our ms sql 2000 boxes get a good workout every day with the data they move. We're unhappy with our current host provider, XO.

Any recommendations?

Also, if you could point us to any good webserver/sql box setup theory, that would be great.

Sorry if this is off topic, but my searches for a webmaster-style forum didn't turn up much and I know there's tons of knowledge here.
