Default Form Container

Hi there. I am new to C#. Is there anyone who knows how can I add a form to another form, without using MDI? My concern is, I don't want many forms to be appeared at the same time, but only 1. And, I want to set the BorderStyle to None, so that, when it appears on the "parent" form, it doesn't look like a MDI form.

Urgently need help. Thanks....

You can use pannels and turn them on and off.
