Default How to use Microsoft common control is asp.net

  my problem is a want to use microsoft common control
in asp.net i have added the reffernce of commomdlg in asp.net
by means of an ocx
but how to use it in asp.net , able to do that in vb.net

i am using sp.net with vb.net

any suggestions
