   i have written a function "function msg(int a, int b)" in javascript. now i want to call this function on button(server controll) press event. how i can call this function.

in ur code add the attribute to the button as
btnName.Attributes.Add("onclick", "msg(value of a, value of b);")
You can write this in your Page Load itself.
