Default How to create a new windows user in ASP.NET

Hi,
i just want to create a new user in windows domain using ASP.NET/C#.
After the successful creation ,i have to create the same user in the SQLServer database.
 If any can help me, pls answer me as early as possible, bcos i am hanging on this for two days.

try using System.DirectoryServices

Active Directory, you will need Domain Admin privileges. SQL Server is easier but you need dbo permissions.
