Default problem in getting provider string in vb.net

please help me , my problem is that , my mdb file is on web server like
http://61.61.51.51//login.mdb , now i want to create a connection string for this mdb file , so that now when i connected to internet , able to fetch information from it , pleaseeeeeeeee heeellpppppppppp
