Cannot create a new class from VS 2k3

Hi Experts,

I cannot create new classes in my web project. I am getting the following error.

Could not run the 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\VC#\CSharpProjectItems\WebProjectItems\..\CSh arpAddClassWiz.vsz' wizard.

can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

I am using Win2k3 Server + VS 2k3
