Default check if .framework is enabled on webserver

Hallo,
Is there a simple method to check if DotNet framework is installed on particular webserver?

Try checking:
c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\<versionNumber>

Also, do you mean enabled like the subject or installed like your question?
