Default Shortcut keys

On a C# Win App how can i get a letter on a button to be used as shotcut and ALWAYS display a line under it.

COZ it ony display line when alt key is pressed

URGENT

The visibility of shortcut key underlines is an option of the user's windows settings I beleive. I don't know if you can programmatically override this setting.
