Default Logging in from another place

Hello, I need to place a login that is made with vb.net onto an html page, or any html page.
I used inline frames but when I run the login it opens in that small inline frame and I can't get target="_top" to work.
Is there a way I can place this login on any given web page?

Thanks,
E
