Default Session not working for Anonymous users

I just rebuild a development computer with Windows XP Pro. I transfered my webs which was working fine on the old computer. The Websites load up, but anything with Sessions does not work. I even created a new C# Web Project with two pages. The first page set the session, the second page remembers it. It works fine on my own machine, but if somebody use their computer to access the page, it would not remember the session.

I know I saw this issue a year again when I rebuild the computer but forgot how it was solved. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Song
