Default how to Use an Ocx Control in Asp.Net

I have a vsflexgrid8 a third party control used in vb. I would like to use the same control in Asp.Net. If it is possible can u pls tel me the method with a sample that i could implement the same.

 i was able to add it in the webform , but not able to access it in the server side coding as it has been defined as an object in the webform.

Pls reply asap.

Y do you want to use the third party control?? Visual Studio comes with DataGrid, which is very flexible. Using an OCX will slow down your application and also will have browser compatiablitiy issues.
