Default Problem executing code from Pro C# book

Where can I find the classes that are used in the book Professional C#? I've been trying to type in the samples from the book and I get errors because I don't have the classes that the codes makes reference to.

All I can get from the wrox web site are the compiled samples. But I want to type in and compile them myself. How can I do that? It would be nice if the book would incluse suggestions to install basic code in order to compile the samples from the book. Otherwise, you wind up spending your money for nothing.
