Default Installing windows service

Hi

I created a windows service which worked properly on my system on which it was developed.
How can i install it on some other computer?
I already tried to install it after installing Framework1.1 which installs installutil.exe required to install any windows service. but I get an error messgae stating that "instalutil is not an internal/external command."
How can i sort it out?

thanx
