Default strange problem while displaying child form in mdi
hi

I's facing strange problems-
1. I put 2 Panel controls on mdi form and set the backcolor of mdi as blue and that of panel as white.Now on displaying mdi flashes with blue color for a moment and then get painted white ie color of panel.
mdi's opacity is 100%
2. i made a child form with number of controls. Now on displaying, it displays windows desktop through its controls ie through textbox a portion of windows desktop is being visible or of any application behind it. on cliking the controls, control gets shifted to application or windows desktop being displayed

What is this problem? How can i rectify it?
can anyone has any idea?
