Default custom Designer? plz help

Hello folks ..

i need to know how can i develop designer so i can place my custom control on it & generate my own logic/code in the back end as visual studio do ? & in the end i want my designer to be part of my visual studio as Add in

please specify the required books,Articles etc

hoping for the reply soon
