Default Use dot net code to open outlook for attachments

hey..

Wanted to know that can I use dot net codes to access the outlook and open a mail or attachment into it.

I mean to click on a button "attach" on my web page , that shud open outlook for me and take the page as attachment into it..sumthing like IE. 's file "menu > send > page by email" does.

Please..help if anyone can!
