Problem debugging client-script on WindowsXP

Hello,
I have a problem to debug the client-side script in my ASP.NET application. The debugging used to work perfectly on my Windows 2000 PC. I start having this problem after I moved this application to Windows XP computer SP2. The application itself works fine and the server-side debugger work OK. I already unchecked the check-box on Internet Options->Advance->Disable Script Debugging (IE and Others).
I have no idea what is going on? Maybe I am missing something?
Any help will be appreciated.
